Since 2018, after the presentation of "Hipnopompia" (Olga Noronha, 2018), the artist has been developing new materials in the laboratory. To better express the imprecise variations in colour and the mixture of senses and emotions, Lab Paintings© have emerged, produced methodically by hand in Atelier Olga Noronha. This new material was used in works such as Miríade, Bem-me-quer, Moira and A Quimerista from the "Hipnagogia" series.

The first framed Lab Painting© was auctioned at the Victoria & Albert Museum by Sotheby's Senior Advisor, Dr João Magalhães, on 28 November 2023 in London.
